We are pleased to share the second newsletter of the AEvO – Approach for Evolutionary Career Orientation project.
This new issue takes us to Belgium, where the first transnational meeting of the project took place from 4 to 6 February 2026. Over three days, partners met in Brussels, Liège and Namur for an intensive programme of exchange, strategic planning and practical activities.
The meeting represented an important step forward in the development of the project’s main results: a competency-based portfolio designed to guide students and an innovative digital platform to support teachers in the guidance process.
The newsletter highlights the main activities carried out during the three-day meeting, from workshops and discussions in Brussels to the exploration of innovative guidance tools in Liège, including gamification and Virtual Reality, and the exchange of good practices with Belgian schools in Namur.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to identify key priorities for the next stages of AEvO, including parental involvement and the development of effective tools that can support teachers without increasing their workload.
