Aevo Project

Approach for Evolutionary Career Orientation

AevO – Approach for Evolutionary Career Orientation is a 36-month
Erasmus+ project dedicated to rethinking how young people explore their
identity, strengths, aspirations, and future opportunities. Targeting young
learners, AEvO develops a modern and inclusive orientation pathway
that supports students as they grow, choose, and imagine who they want to
become.

Across Europe, schools face challenges such as early disengagement,
dropout risks, lack of motivation, and increased social and digital
inequalities. AEvO responds by offering schools and teachers an updated,
human-centred approach to guidance — one that combines digital
tools, practical experiences, career exploration, and personal development.

Our mission is simple:

to give every young learner the tools to understand themselves, feel
empowered, and take confident steps toward their future.

4 Objectives

AEvO pursues four main objectives:

Strengthening student engagement

by offering motivating and meaningful guidance activities.

Preventing early school leaving

through personalised support and identity exploration.

Modernising orientation practices,

integrating digital tools, innovative pedagogy, and inclusive methods.

Promoting equality and diversity,

addressing gender stereotypes and broadening learners’ perspectives on opportunities.
